As promised, HTC launched a new phone today, called HTC Touch. This is the first phone from HTC not aimed for the business market. It also has a user interface quite similar to what we will find on iPhone.

Version 1.1.1 of Mobile Entertainment component for Joomla has now been released. This is just a minor change of the component. The component will now run on Joomla sites with RG_EMULATION set to 0 in globals.php. It is recommended by Joomla to run with this setting. Please visit the download section to get the latest version.

The Mobile Entertainment component for Joomla! was just approved for listing in the extensions library at extensions.joomla.org
It has never been easier to add mobile content to your Joomla! enabled site. Just install this component from download section, and the moble content will automatically display as a menu.
Hopefully this will make this a widely spread component for many Joomla site owners to enjoy. If I receive good response from people using the component, I might add some extra features to the config/admin menu over time.
