The free SMS service has proven to be quite stable. However we do see some users including leading zero in the phone number. Note that using zero in front of the telephone number will result in problems delivering the message. You need to include the country code followed by the phone number you want to reach.

 I.e. for sending a message to a US mobile phone, use number format <country code=1><phone number> => 19876543210
